
1.Strong professional legal education background, with lawyer qualification in major European and America countries.
2.In principle, more than 25 years of working experience, including at least 15 years of senior legal management experience in large overseas arlines, maintenance or aviation spare parts enterprises, with extensive international legal expertise in aviation aftermarket services.
3.Proficient in the basic legal systems and knowledge related to aircraft sales in major countries and regions (including civil and commercial laws, export control compliance and intellectual property law); familiar with the Cape Town Convention, IATA rules, FAA/EASA airworthiness regulations, etc.; possess experience and capability in handing complex or difficult legal affairs, such as international negotiation and dispute resolution. Experience dealing with business in Southeast Asia and Africa is a plus.
Proficient in English, using English as the main working language, and skilled in English business negotiations. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
